GUMP Bread Pepperoni Rolls ... anyone have Variations?

I've made both the pepperoni & three meat stromboli and froze them when we were gone for a cruise and left food for the babysitter. Then she just had to let them thaw that morning and baked that evening for supper!

My teenage son has had friends try the "Roni Rolls" & they've said "they're the bomb" & they've really liked them, which makes a Mom Happy.

Now where was the Gump Bread recipe when my son was in elementary & the had bake sales?, lol. I've only been making bread for less than yr, so an easy recipe like Gump Bread Quickly became a staple in our home.

Especially since it's so versatile.

ok--I did these tonight and they were the bomb!! I just did pep and cheese. Boy, were they good! Thanks.
