Gurgling noise.thoughts?

Should I give it to him still?he does not gurgle anymore,yesterday was a lot less and now its gone.

Gave him 0.10 ml of it,this evening just to help him out,He does weigh over 2 pounds but really don't want to give a lot since it's just for some mild infection,I will just give it once a day,caught a hen sneezing today but not sure if it's the crumble food that got in her nose and she was sneezing to get it out,not going to give hens baytril,I'll try some apple cider vinegar in their water just as a precaution.
