I noticed one of my road island's gurgling yesterday she is still doing it, she is eating and drinking and does not act like she feels bad but she sounds bad. what can I do for her?

Perhaps a throat swab by a vet.
Just my opinion but =
You don't know which among the dozens of things it could be so medicating isn't advisable.
Make sure the ventilation is very large. It could be respiratory and often it happens when there isn't enough fresh air at night.

Gurgling is usually a sign of mg with is uncureable and contagious to other species id cull personally i dont risk any thing with gurgling

Another option is to take the bird to your state poultry lab for humane euthanasia, necropsy and lab tests. Then you'll know exactly what you're dealing with and how to proceed for your other birds and their housing.
What state are you in? I can give you the information on your state lab.
