Please know what your are taking about before posting and please pay attention to what others are saying… the USPS actually ships grown birds and not just day olds. I just received a 7 month old rooster and a 9 month old hen via USPS.

The bill is dead. They wanted to be able to sue to take your house and land for shipping any breed of rooster. They can hide it in another bill and still pass it. I wont be shipping any more roosters , game or otherwise. Fednow starts July 1. They can track any transactions.
