I kinda had enough on my plate with the Ducks and Turkeys we rescued. I'm not mad. I guess I m happy they dumped them instead of mistreating them. Don't have a clue they are all white..... AND REALLY REALLY REALLY LOUD!!
ONE might become rooster and dumplings for dinner, he keeps going after my bald Turkeys.

I'm just sayin'... 4 roosters and a smoker... you could have a really fun party. And the turkeys would all have peaceful lives again.

It is amazing to me how many people refuse to take personal responsibility and dump their problems onto other's laps, all because THEY would have hurt feelings if they actually took care of the problem to start with.

I use Purina layena crumble and scratch grains. They also get fresh steamed green beans as a treat once a day.

Roosters can have issues on a layer. You might switch to a flock raiser or all flock and offer oyster shells on the side for any layers.

Some people should be more thoughtful... those roosters could be carrying a disease from a different flock, or they could have been sick at some time. That's why I don't want my location to be known once I start selling eggs and other animal things.

We woke up this morning to the sounds of roosters only we don't have roosters. I guess we do now.

I went outside and I now have four roosters in a dog cage with a note saying. "We know you rescue ducks, I don't have the heart to kill them"

So I now have four roosters. I know nothing about roosters other than they can be really mean.

Can I feed them the same feed as Ducks and Turkeys???

Some roosters can be really mean. ALL roosters make good soup, stew, BBQ... Personally, that's what would happen to them here. I don't want or need extra birds dumped on my doorstep.

I hope the crate was a nice one. I'd be planning a chicken barbecue.
