Hackle feather sexing?

I have a few chickens getting to be 13 weeks old. One definitely has some pointy feathers growing and being near to chickens I am wondering if they are the hackle feathers people use to sex males with .

Yes, that can be used to determine gender, along with a few other factors. A full body shot of suspected cockerel would be quite helpful.

Boy, oh boy, he definitely has some hackle feathers, and the start of some saddle feathers coming in too.

And the darker red in his shoulder/wing, and comb.
