Yes, that would treat symptoms of coryza. Do you have the packet with instructions on how much to add to water? Make sure the birds are drinking enough, or you may need to getting enough. Sometimes it is hard to tell what disease you are seeing without testing, if that might be something to do.

There are some old posts about dimethox dosage being 1/8 tsp per gallon of water, but this later post says 1 tsp per gallon for 5 days:

I used that dimethox for 6 days and I will look again to see how long you have to administer it . Have you used any vetrx for respiratory problems. The chickens seem to be getting better. thanks for the help

I figured the amount to give was only .4 teaspoon per gallon or the antibiotic

It is good to hear the chicken is getting better with the Dimethox (sulfadimethoxine.) VetRx is a mix of several herbal oils that has camphor. I don’t know if it would help, but some people use it.
