Had a new predator, 2 legged (human)

Oh wow so they actually walked down the driveway
We get people coming down the end of our road and doing burnouts in the middle of the night, I stand by what I said about it being some drunken person off their face. In VIC Australia I read that somebody was cutting fences and stealing horses, so glad I don’t live there LOL
The man on the video is the drunk that lives on the lot behind us. That's why I let the landlord handle it.

Pity you couldn't let him take the eggs one more time, but make sure they were doctored so he never takes them again lol.

Still it must have been a bit of a scary feeling when you saw the video, it's not nice having unwelcome guests on your property especially at night.
Hhhhmmm exlax brownies perhaps?:gig
Wasn't really scary, made me mad as a hornet.

At least you know who it is. If it happened here it would be super creepy as our neighbors are much further away. We have no local drunks or they would get lost in the fields and woods and wouldn't find their way here. We are always locked and loaded as are most neighbors - so generally we don't have issues.

This morning discovered we had a new predator, 2 legged (human). Coop and run are inside our fenced area. First thing I noticed was the top slide lock was not in proper position. The next was the light was switched from timer to "ON". We don't switch it off timer. The 2 girls that lay early in the morning, no eggs. Went to the Game Cam, sure enough a male was at the coop. Got video of it all. Called landlord and he came over & watched the video. He is taking care of it.
I put hasps and padlocks on the coop door and run door this afternoon. That was the only type of predator I hadn't done protection from.

Unbelievable! I think we should be allowed to shoot trespassers like the good ol' days!
I have to deal with trespassers so this especially raises my hair. I own river front property so floaters and people in canoes are constantly trespassing on my beach. They walk right past 2 NO TRESPASSING signs and use my land as a toilet and trash can. What I'd really like to do is get one of those remote controlled alligators and swim it towards them as they come up to the beach! :gig

Did you see the new painted purple tree "signs" that stand for no trespassing - a recent initiative implemented in IN. I just wonder how many trespassers know this? We also have a problem with trespassers coming up onto the land by boat off of the nearest lake. You can call DNR on them as well - especially if they aren't obeying the no trespassing and are coming up from the river.

That would be funny, what a video that would be. :gig
