Landlord doesn't put up with that. A report was made with the sheriff and they made a copy of the video. He has been told he steps 1 foot in our area, he will be arrested for trespassing and immediate eviction. Landlord is putting up 4 security cameras today. He definitely isn't messing around.

My concern is that if he's bold enough to walk right into your yard to steal (knowing that you'd recognize your own neighbor), what else is he capable of. Be vigilant and call the authorities immediately if he comes back around. So much for good fences make great neighbors. Nobody respects boundaries anymore.

That is good to hear, We own our 3/4 an acre just enough for us and me to not get to stupid but we are old retired folks here our GSD patrols the property at night she
would stop anyone easily

Coop has slide locks top & bottom, then hasp with padlock. Run has 2 window lock (before I learned racoons could open those), put 2 safety hooks locks on and now the hasp with padlock. Should be safe now.
