Had an unbelievable eating experience today....

For such a dinky town we have a good selection-at least three. Went to one for my friend's birthday. In addition to the meats they also served slices of grilled pineapple. Not normally a pineapple guy, but WOW.

We went to such a place when we were on vacation in Florida. LOVED it!!! It really was quite the dinning experience!! So glad you shared with us, it brings back wonderful memories of fabulous vacations.

Justbugged - I will be in Enumclaw for a dog show in August. How cool that you live there, I always think the countryside is so beautiful there!!

Well, when you live in po-dunk (and I mean that in a good way) it would figure that the nearest location is 4 1/2 hours away.

They have one in Baton Rouge, $60 a person, plus drinks--- a little rich for my blood.

We stumbled upon a steak house like that, and it sounded so good. Unfortunately, it was Lent, and we had to walk out without ordering.

Next time we're in the area, we'll eat there though. Glad you enjoyed it!

Though there is a not so ugly step sister in No. Virginia http://www.texasdebrazil.com/ Same stuff... pretty much same price but won't have to do downtown D.C. hmm... sounds like a great place to go this Fall .. never did get my anniversary dinner

I once fasted on Thanksgiving. My GF was working the evening shift so there was no special food anyway and I am a wuss. I picked one of the shortest days of the year. Sun-up to sun-down is only, like 5.5 hours so it's not so much a prayerful fast as skipping a snack.
