Had anyone ever seen this?! Advice PLEASE!!

I have bantam silkies hatching and are on day 20. 2 external pips, one internal. Then there’s this guy. I thought he was just behind, but there is definitely something else cramping him in there. He is still alive, I just don’t know what happened in there! the baby is wiggling and stretching almost desperately out of room :(

It's a saddle air cell, it happens a lot with shipped eggs.
Yes the air sac is saddled, but I’ve never seen 2 before if that’s what it is. The 2 that have pipped are both saddle. Not my first rodeo with shipped eggs, I’m just worried about this guy!
