Had my dates wrong - OOPS :-)

Want my spicy picked egg recipe? DS opened a jar yesterday that I made back in...February I think...and it was absolutely the best ever. The longer they sit, the spicier they get!

I do have a question about it though, do you actually can it? How is the jar sealed?

BantyGirl - I hard boil then peel the eggs and can them in a brine with lots of spices and hot peppers.

I would not think giving them away would be a problem. 4 dozen free eggs I would love to find.
