A hail storm just blew thru and the roof of our coop collapsed. Our older chicks are fine but our week old chicks that were in the brooder ended up very wet and very cold, the cover on the brooder at least kept the big hail away. I think two are injured, they arent moving much. When the rain stopped and I checked on them the others were huddled on top of them so I think they crushed them :( I feel like a horrible chick mom.

I've put them inside in our bathtub with towels and a heating pad. Is there anything else I should do?

You did a good thing.
Get them dried up.
It probably scared the poop right out of them, poor things may be in shock.
Just keep an eye on them..make sure they continue to eat and drink.
