Half Blind chick

I have a 5 week old Cockrell who is blind in one eye. What causes this? The blind eye is completely white and watery

Sorry about your chick. Blindness can be caused by infections, eye injuries, avian encephalomyelitis, cataracts, Mareks disease, and vitamin A and E deficiencies.
