Welcome to the coop! I use the Forums and Articles tabs at the top of the page to do research. You can get lost for hours. It's nice to know you are minutes away from getting help with questions and emergencies! I always check in the "What's New" section as well at the top of this page. This way I can read how I may have a similar question or help give some advice.
 
Thanks, everyone! I’m finally starting to make peace with what happened to my Heidi.

Last week I had a meeting with the vet who owns the clinic. Prepared my speech and gave my honest opinion about everything. EVERYTHING! At the end I explained I did never wanted financial compensation, as they offered me.

All I wanted was an apology and also to make sure they got my point so no more animals or owners would suffer like this again.

Oh they got my point! They started confident but in the end they were really nervous and accepting they made a mistake.

So now I’m in peace that I made my part on bringing awareness about their situation and from now on I will relay much more on my own decisions and research of how to take care of my new chooks.

I found a new vet who is absolutely better, much more capable and LISTENS to what I have to say first.

So, thanks guys for the replies and the welcoming!

As I said before, I’ll post a thread to introduce my fluffy little dinosaurs, including my angel Heidi.
