Good luck!Candled today day 12 and 5 for my staggered hatch.
I have 10 still going strong from my day 12 eggs,
and 9 with good veining on the day 5 eggs.
In total in the incubator I have
3 Serama X EE
8 Pure Serama
8 Bantam EE
I thought my newer shipment was going to have a lower development rate based on the look of the air cells but I have to say I am pleasantly surprised.![]()
Now they just need to get through lock down and hatch![]()

According to the tracking info, my Ayam Cemani eggs have been at the post office, available for pickup since 8:30 this morning. No phone call. Last time I tried having them hold it, they were all confused and had no clue what I was talking about when I went down to pick up. Not looking forward to doing this again, but I want my eggs!
Alright Sally now where are the pics of the little sex link jumbo layer? Hatch is going good. 3 OE(1 of them the repaired cracked one),1 jumbo layer project, 4 seramas, and I think 2 Marans(1 of them the egg that arrived cracked also repaired) I'll double check the numbers later but so far I think that's the numbers. I'm worried about the jumbo layers air cell it looks a bit funny almost like there's water in it and it's not saddled and very small. Humidity is running at 23-28% today is day 11 I think.
It's blue!!!!!!! I love it! In other news I may be adding more eggs in a few days as I have a friend who has become terribly addicted. She's now bought two incubators within a week and is looking at a third because she keeps buying more and more eggs. She is a newbie and I will be getting her extras hopefully. Some will be moved after the start of incubation which I don't have a lot of hope for and would prefer not but this is how she wants to do it. I'm sick and miserable but hopefully in the mend. My asthma has been kicking my but and this illness has me running a fever and getting the sweats and chills all of which are very unusual for me. I thought it was just a little cold but now I'm not so sure. In yet more news we had two EE hens missing at coop close last night both are the foundation hens for my project breed(blue laced silvers) ugh don't have much hope for them either but I'm trying to. No signs of them last night or so far this morning. They are both really beautiful hens, one a blue layer, one a light olive layer and will be sorely missed. They are also both molting. I hope they come home.Bantam EE, one out and two more with pips.![]()
