they need much lower humidity than the others those big eggs. that humidity may be too low for the serama I run higher in smaller eggs.

I hope you feel better soon sweetie, I know how it feels not to breathe and it sucks.  I hope you break out of it quickly   I hope the hens find their way back, what a bummer!

I just set 14 eggs last night, so hopefully they will make their arrival just before Halloween! A dozen were shipped from Victoria- 6 Salmon Favorelles and 6 Black Copper Marans. I added two "control" eggs from my Isa Brown hens. Hopefully this hatch will go ok, its the 3rd time in this incubator and each time my hatch rates are improving as I get better and manipulating the incubator. Just a bit nervous as my first hatch was with shipped eggs and hatch rate was pretty poor.

Hahaha, well maybe not ANYTHING! (; I want a chocolate or tan magpie or ancona and a blue or lavender magpie or ancona! It's exciting because they are all possibilities!

Thank you very much. Still nothing on the hens coming back. Pretty much lacking in hope now. I wonder what happened poor babies. This really messes up my egg basket color array. Darn. I'm gunna miss them. I keep going out and expecting to see them there surrounded by their daughters.
