3 will probably be fine but the 4th is from my youngest pullet (the one that laid the tiny green egg) I put her egg in just to see if it would do anything

I think I might have a fertile egg or two in the batch I set yesterday. So, I will join the October hatch a long - I think they should hatch on the 1st or 2nd. There is a LOT of room still in the bator, so if I come across some fertile eggs on the auction pages, I might have some I can set to hatch on Halloween....

I'm not sure how many I set - I set the 12 that were under the broody, plus all the others that were laid Sunday and Monday. IF they are fertile, then the broody eggs are probably 3 days further along than the rest that I set.
