I ordered
I ordered ten different breeds. I wanted to try several different breeds and two dual purpose meat birds. I was really confused for a while about what was what since I had some shipping losses that messed with my numbers.

Sorry to hear about your losses. I was really worried about shipping losses. But they all arrived alive yesterday. We did have one die today.

But I have no ideas as to what they are because they were assortments. One really has me wondering because it is white. All the white chickens I have had were yellow as chicks.

White can turn red... Or black. Black Jersey Giants have a pure white chest at birth.

Thank you. The bigger one is Lil Miss an Americauna and the little is Ginger, a Rhode island red.

I did have a chick once (penguin) who was black and white but ended up all black. But even then, the "white" was yellowish. This chick is white. I am really anxious to find out what she is. I have never had a chick quite that color. I usually like mixed breeds because you never know what you are going to get. But I guess assortments have that same mystery
