Hi Cynthia have you seen the adult birds on the NN. Did they have bows or completely NN
We have fluffy butts! Noticed the first pip last night at 9:00 and by 3:00am they were out and running! Kind of disapointed they hatched hatch so fast that I missed it all lol
Quote: And that's exactly what I did yesterday when hubby pointed them out!
And then they all ran and hid.![]()
Quote: I got so excited when hubby pointed them out that I scared them and they all ran back under cover.![]()

They're so itty, bitty little things. Maybe from a dwarf netherland/hotot female.
I WILL get pics. Eventually. I hope. Maybe today.
We have a boy pen and a girl pen.
They may (or may not) have decided to dig under their enclosures when we were combining.![]()
I didn't think they'd raise a litter so late in the year. Surprise!![]()
She might be the mom.
Domestic bunnies. @DwayneNLiz
I missed quoting you somehow.
wait might be? do dads give birth lmao!!!
Oh, c'mon now. Do I really sound like a woman who has just 1 female rabbit???![]()
That'd be WAY too easy. WAY too sane.![]()
There are more females. Definitely more.
I see a baby bunny rodeo/round up in the near future.![]()
(With more than just these little guys.)
Almost my place...lol

Most definitely. Probably 6-8 weeks? What do you think?
I gave them some millet. I see them out eating it.![]()
They're coming out from under the old vestibule.
On the plus side, we know there won't be any skunks or rats under there with the bunnies being there.
I'm still wondering if the bunnies are pushing the rats back. They're certainly not afraid to chase a chicken to get the grain...lol.
Attack rabbits!
you know..... yes you know yer nuts!!
Crazy rabbit lady too!!! LOVE IT!!!!
Wow very pretty chicks too!!! love that silver guy!! what cross are they>?
Just candled my newer Trader Joes egg's and on day 6, 6 are developing nicely. Soooo excited
oh wow!! interesting and that sucksRabbits are actually more likely to attract rats than push them back, you are going to want to be VERY careful with those babies around them, I had an entire litter savaged by rats when the neighbours got rid of their birds, and they ran out of food there...
comeonbabies!!Had to make an emergency air hole for the last viable chick. 24 hours since first hatch was completed, and the chick has been banging away at the shell for the last 12 hours and still hadn't managed anything. Hopefully it will manage to finish hatching on it's own.
Blood vessels are receding rapidly. Should be able to finish hatching on it's own. I'm keeping the humidity up at about 80, just in case.
Congratulations, I hope you get you NNs!Boy, these two babies pipped, zipped and were out within this afternoon, early evening...two black chicks so far. NOT NN's.![]()
4 more chances to go. No pips on those yet, but have seen two wriggle. Tomorrow is the due date.
3 little Ayam cemani babiesLooks like the last egg may be DIS. I'm happy with the 3 that hatched and they are happily relaxing in the brooder and already nibbling at their food
Next lockdown isn't till Tuesday. By the time the next ones start hatching, these little ones should know exactly what to teach the new babies.![]()
