Those are actually the testicals that seem to be attached to the back with super glue. The kidneys and lungs come out pretty easy.

Okay cool so I was right so yeah the lungs and the kidneys but mostly just the kidneys.
Nope the testis are easy to come out, its the lungs that are withing the wall![]()
