Woo hoo Hubby checked at noon and we have one Frizzle hatched out and a bunch pipped. He did not open the bator...what a good boy he is. Can't wait to get home!

Now I have to head to my daughters district diving meet. She is a freshman and just started diving seven weeks ago, but is doing incredibly well - so hopefully she will make it to state

Maybe they will be pipped when I get home - although I doubt it.

Is anyone finding that the chick starter food is to large of pieces for the banam sized babies? I look at the food & think, dang!

The pieces are almost as big as they are. I think I may have to grind it up for them for a while.

When do they get the hang of drinking on their own? I help them every couple of hours or sooner. They don't seem to be interested in the food yet. Maybe tomorrow????

For our banties, we grind the chick starter up with like a rolling pin or something. They will find the water on their own.
