The first quilt my MIL ever made us was of lavenders, purples, pinks and whites....

Thank you! Yes, MissP, I used to have this same quilt for sale for about $350, back when I was doing alot of quilting. It's been in the box with the rest of my inventory for awhile now. I hate that no one is getting to enjoy it. The backing is cotton flannel I forgot to say.

This is just to show how it fits on a queen size bed, that it fits like a quilt, not a bedspread. Forgive the terrible wallpaper in the background. Our bedroom is the only room we havent painted or fixed up yet, LOL.
