It just has a "Quilted by Hand" label sewn on the back, not my name. It's sold now..thank you, Marlinchaser. I'll have to measure some of the wallhangings, tablerunners, baby quilts, etc and put them up for sale, too. This Deep Purple Dream quilt was always my favorite, though. Glad someone will finally get to enjoy it.

Very pretty Cyn. I like to quilt, but hate to piece. My Grandmother and Mother-in-law both quilted and I've got several from each. My mother-in-law gave me a quilt for each of my kids for when they got married because she didn't think she'd live to see any of them get married and she didn't. I've still got one to give to my middle son if he ever gets around to popping the question to his girlfriend. There were lots of tears when I gave them to my daughter and other son.

I would say put a Made in America label on it, but when it is still in good shape after a couple of weeks, that would be a given. Sorry I didnt mean to pick on the 49.99 "quilt" I could have got from Walmart.

I'm so glad it found a home so quickly...knew it would and I was really wanting it!!...Had to slap my hands!!!!!!

Thanks for all the compliments! And you can put this in the washer, by itself, on gentle with cold water and then tumble dry it and it should hold up just fine. I always wash and dry my quilts I make. Eventually, a seam may come loose, but that happens with anything over time and with lots of wear. I have my own grandmothers' quilts that are in tatters now, but I'll always keep them.

Oh my! I'm in love with the lap quilt! Are you selling that too? How beautiful!!! I knew this quilt would sell quickly. I only have one but it's from my G'ma. My mom said I could have some more of my g'ma's quilts after my g'ma passes because she's got quite a few of them.
