Hand turning to auto turner? HELP!

Does it hurt the eggs to go from hand turning to putting them in the auto turner? Do they get disoriented or anything? AFter candling last night, my turner only had 3 eggs in it! So I have room for lots more eggs (hand turning gets tedious!!)

I have done it before and could tell no difference. Should be fine as long as the small end is down.
