Handling Hatching Eggs through-out the Incubation

I am sorry if this has been asked already.

1. Is candling okay? Through out the hatch up to lock down?
2. How much time can an egg be out of bator safely?
3. Is it better to NOT candle eggs at a certain point?
4. Once viable can candling or handling hurt a growing chick?

Candlingis okay but have the time out of the bator be as totally limited as possible. I always candled at 14 days. Candling and handling can cool the chick and slow the development.
