Hands down, what is a chickens FAVORITE food/treat/scraps?

Mine absolutely love tomatoes, corn and watermelon.

Yoghurt with oats mixed in - they go CRAZY for it.
Chicken, or bread soaked with the fatty juices left in the roasting pan after roasting a chicken.
Pork fat (cut off a chop) cut into little pieces = feeding frenzy.

I get moaned at good and loud if I give them roasted vegetables. They radiate disappointment and shout at me. Ditto when I gave them diced plums.

Mine like, in order of preference:
Chopped raw liver
Live mealworms
Tuna
Dandelions
Pizza
BOSS
Bread
Cottage cheese

They practically kill each other over raw liver!

my chickens love water Mellon they eat the whole thing flesh and all and dandelion plants are a special treat there healthy too

if you give them pasta they suck them up like worms its so fun to watch

. be careful not to feed your chickens egg shells because that encourages them to eat there own eggs

My friend keeps telling me that they probably won't eat that, for example carrots, since hers doesn't, and so far I haven't found anything that doesn't disappear

Tell your friend to semi cook the carrots soft and they will eat them.
