Hands on hatching and help

It seems like she's panting some now. I just picked her up and she's dry but she feels crusty. Should I clean her up?
If shes panting, check the temperature and perhaps reduce the temp slightly.
If she feels crusty, she may need washing gently with a warm wet cloth, then gently drying her with paper towels and right back under the lamp so she doesn't chill-

Personally, because her naval isnt closed fully, I would just gently clean her face and around her eyes. Once her naval is closed up- I would clean her more thoroughly, still being very careful of her tummy.

I moved her out of the cup and now isn't panting. She has opened one eye but seems to be resting now. I can wait to clean her up until she's healed, if it won't inhibit healing.

You could probably clean her face gently just to ensure she is able to open both eyes and blink and all, but I'd think you're safe waiting to do the rest, until her naval is closed. It should only be a matter of hours, keep an eye on it, and once her tummy is closed up and looking good, you should be fine!
What is your plan for her? To brood her yourself or? I'd say you're good to offer her some water now, she may take some. Just gently raise it so that the tip of her beak is dipped in, she may take some.

We might try to put her back with the momma. We are traveling mid week, so we can't have a chick in the house while we're gone.

Will get her some water. Just cleaned off her eyes. Getting the temp right is proving elusive.

How will I know her tummy is closed up? Thank you for walking me through this!!

no worries! I'm happy to help!
Just from one of the photos, we saw a fleshy naval- to me it looked like it hadn't finished closing- this is normal.
If you can get a photo of what her tummy looks like now, we should be able to see if everything is closed up and normal. If you can't see any yolk sac, protrusions or a hole in her tummy, she should be fine by now! Is she alert/trying to get up and about? Has she tried any water?

Just tried water. She's not super alert. Seems really tired. She tries to stand but is very wobbly and seemingly weak.

bless her little heart.
Yes, its still a little open, it should be closed by tomorrow. I'm thinking you'll be fine to clean her up a bit now, but be gentle around and dont touch her naval area- She certainly is a little fighter! I'm hoping she'll make it!
Well she's getting weaker. I have the perfect temperature, have given her several drops of electrolytes, she pooped and I've gently cleaned her. But she's not getting stronger at this point. She won't open her eyes.
