Someone's actually got a mottled silkie project going on. I almost got eggs. But, I've got enough going on here with the cemanis, and the Isabel Leghorns and Sultans that I'm getting into this year.

Welcome back! I was a good girl while you were gone. I was nice to everybody. I didn't get into anything, and I didn't eat the last of the leftover pizza. I didn't have a party while you were gone and I washed every dirty dish as I used it - sometimes before I was even done with it.

I dusted and vacuumed and washed all my dirty clothes all by myself. AND I didn't order any more eggs! I was such a good girl while you were gone!

Well I certainly wasn't expecting two Blue/Black/Splash chicks out of a partridge rooster and a buff hen!
I DON'T UNDERSTAND CHICKEN GENETICS.
The camera just doesn't capture how jet black that chick is. And her sibling is the palest of blues. Just waiting for her pic to show up in my inbox.

If I lived in the US I would take some off your hands! But sadly there is a big border will all sorts of rules between us.

You could use the Just in Time thread too... maybe do some BINs? Just a thought...
