Happy Hen Chicken Rescue!

I got 'em! They managed to have most of their feathers. We got 12. They are beautiful! All of them are Leghorns. The man who brought them out of the shed is clearly a terrible person. He brought them out by their legs. All the hens have poop on their buts due to the conditions they are kept in. I think some of the hens may have broken or sprained wings. Now, picture time (the names are on the pictures, only some have names though)

That's awesome! They should be looking really pretty soon!

Awe, you are a good person. LOVE LOVE LOVE your coop. Your hen are gonna be so happy there!

And I sure wish someone had told me to buy a 12 hen coop even though I only plan on having 4-6 hens. I learned that lesson the hard way.

Here's hoping your hens settle in. Hopefully, when the weather warms you can give them a bath to get them all cleaned up.

Keep the photos coming.

Today or tomorrow I will try to get a video of the hens. I am not sure if I will have time today, but probably tomorrow.

6 of the hens are right next to one of the roosters, but through the fence good! The hens have been in cages with no leg movement, so their legs are weak. Therefore I can't put them in with the roosters for a month or so due to mating issues.

when it comes time to put the roosters in, is it to much for me to ask If you can record it?
