I think people try to make themselves believe that chickens, and other farm animals, are stupid, so it is easier for them to eat them. Because a lot of people think it is okay to eat an animal as long as it is stupid. Which personally, I believe that no animal is stupid, and that it is not okay to eat them at all. I know you probably eat meat, but you can correct me if I am wrong, but I think many meat eaters try to look at animals such as chickens in that way.

I was born an omnivore and I will stay an omnivore.

To a lot of people, including myself for a long period of time, meat wasn't ever alive. It just appears on a plate as, well, food. Where did it come from? The freezer, of course! No, before that. Before that... Costco? You get the idea.

Yes, I find many who feel that way. While I see meat and I associate it right back with the animal. Or when I look into a glass of milk, I see a mother cow grieving and crying because she lost her baby. And that is why I am a vegan.

I doubt it, mostly because I don't think cows have the urge to drink milk once they are older..
