The man chuckled and pulled a long, stiff crop out of his boot. He knew they could hurt worse. He smacked him with it on the hindquarters. "Get up!"

The colt screamed in pain shaking but had no idea what he wanted

"You stay out of this!" he yelled at the mare, bending over to pull the colt up roughly by his mane. "Stand up!"

The mare knew better then to touch the shock fence so she just galloped along the fence squealing

Jackson picked up his menu skimming over it trying to find something he'd like.

Kellan grabbed the menu staring at it intently. "It all looks so good..." He muttered to hinself furrowing his eyebrows.

Roaster stood there for a moment, staring out into the pasture.
