We have some dried Hops from our own vines that didn't get used for making beer or soap. Are they safe to give to my chickens? I am wondering if they can be sprinkled in the coop or mixed in the grains.

My understanding is yes. Some people even ferment the spent grains/hops after brewing.
If the hops would sprout I might try that! Obviously I have no idea what hops are.
Be aware of nutritional content.. like protein and calcium and know how it effects your overall feed value. Or feed as a treat at a rate of not more than 10% of the total daily ration.

You will find that chickens do not like spent grains with hops in them. They tend to be bitter.
Hops can also be toxic so better to just avoid using them
