I do the forearm planks for the whole body style. I broke my right wrist 10 years ago, and it doesn't work quite the way my left one does. I'm rather surprised I can do the "hands and knees" style as well as I can. But that's supporting less weight.until my hands hurt.
ahhh...you are doing it on your knees...."Hands and knees" plank for 5 minutes. My arms were quivering, my abs didn't mind it a bit. Until I stood up.
