My experimental heart-shaped eggs turned out so cute, just perfect.
What I'm wondering is, how long will they keep in the fridge, without turning color? They are already sliced in half, with the yolks showing.
I have them on their stand, wrapped in plastic wrap, in the fridge.
Do you think they will turn gray or green before Sunday noon? If so, is there any way to prevent this from happening? I was pleased they boiled up with nice yellow yolks, but I am afraid being in the fridge may make them turn color?
