Hard boiled eggs

What is the trick to peeling hard boiled eggs from chickens who just started laying? When I hard boil mine the shell sticks to the egg and it pulls the egg apart when I peel it.

Rinse in cold running water helps. Letting the fresh eggs age a couple days also helps. I often put ice cubes in the water when the eggs are fresh laid after they are boiled.

Bring eggs and water to a boil boil for 15 min from there then run cold water over them in the sink for a few mins. Then let them sit in the water for a few minutes then you should be good to go.
