Hard-Boiling Bantam Eggs?

I read that you just steam them in a rice cooker for 10-12 minutes. I am going to try it right now. Will report back.
 
I would do a test boil, I'd bring water to a boil and drop in two eggs and only two eggs boil one 2 minutes short and one normal time and check them.

Otherwise they will be the same- but like all very fresh eggs they will be harder to peel- I suggest an ice bath the second you pull them off.

Dont do this!! You cant drop eggs into boiling water. You end up with egg soup full of shells because they basically explode. Eggs must start with cold water and then come to a boil. But I would agree that 2 minutes is a good start time wise. You can always pull one out after boiling 1 minute and again at 2 minutes... Good luck!!
 
My steamed bantie eggs turned out great! Thanks for asking. I need to make some to pickle this week.
