Hard Eggs

Ya man, if you’re talking “American” ramen packets with the flavor pouch, almost like egg drop soup with noodles.

Or, Japanese style, soft boil the eggs, peel, cut in half, and place on top.

Both are fantastic.
Oh, man! I’m drooling! Later gator!
 
You can't use Ramen noodles for pho. It's suppose to be rice noodles.
I mean, fair??

That said, a lot of East Asian food I get isn’t totally authentic.

I pick my battles. And if I can get a solid slow cooked broth with decent noodles and okay meat, I count my blessings. 😁

Because I don’t have 6 days to do it totally right.
 
Tonite I’m stuffed with two egg, sweet peas, creamed corn ramen!

Who cares what it’s called! If it tastes good, healthy, and what you have at home, it’s called ‘good’!
