Hard long growth protruding from chicken neck

Great pictures! If she were mine, I would trim a little off, and if it didn't bleed, trim more. Repeat until gone or bloody.
That is my instinct too. I might squeeze it before I trim it just to see how firm it is, but I'd be removing it if it's not causing pain to do so

Thank you! I'm going to work on it some more tomorrow evening. Just wanted to check in with everyone on here for ideas, advice, possible solution and what it might be. And the air sack made me nervous to push to much at the time

When I worked on it,it was really hard and didn't "crumble" much once I got started. It's hard to the touch and squeeze. Sprayed with peroxide first. I decided that I was not getting very far with the big part, so I tried picking a little bit of the piece on the side that was sticking up a little. Started bleeding so I stopped. And previously when I was still working on the bigger one, it started separating from the skin and she was very uncomfortable. I greased her up with Neosporin (pictures taken after Neosporin) and put her back in the coop.
This area is 3 cm wide and 2.5 cm long.
