Hard mass between eye and beak

Hello all, I'm in desperate need of advice. My little Nugget had this mass by her eye. I thought it was puss so I've been gently trying to squeeze some out but I'm too worried I'll hurt her. She has no respiratory infection symptoms at all. She's eating, drinking, grazing, no signs of anything! She has energy and looks great besides her lump. We've given her antibiotics for a respiratory infection thinking that's what it was but I'm thinking it's something else I cannot afford to take her to the vet, I'm trying all I can. Any advice would help I'm posting the clearest pics I could get. I posted a pic of her healthy eye as well

She's in danger of losing the eye unless you overcome your hesitancy and squeeze out the pus from around the eye. It's likely an eye infection, and the pus contains the bacteria, so it needs to come out.

After you push out all the pus you can, flush the eye with saline, and then treat twice a day with terramycin eye ointment, found at most feed stores.

Thank you for the advice First time chicken momma here. With the way it's inflamed and showing clearly, should I just try to push it out through the gap?
