I have two 1 year old BR. Last year they were laying machines, at least 6 eggs a week each. Then they slowed down to 3-4 eggs a week each in the winter. And pretty much that hasn't changed and the summer solstice has passed! Here's their info:

I free feed them laying crumbles and oyster shell.
They are full time free range.
They seem perfectly healthy.

I have scoured the property in case they are hiding eggs, but sometimes I get 2 in the nest in the same day, so I think that means they aren't hiding their eggs?

I used to get a pecked egg occasionally, and I'm pretty sure it was a wild bird. But none lately. And no signs of egg residue in the nest.

I also had a squirrel stealing the fake eggs! But again, no sign of residue in the nest.

What am a doing wrong? Is it normal that they would slow down so much now that they're a year old???? Is there something I could do or feed them that could possibly increase egg production?

I am afraid they are getting eaten, either by the chickens or maybe a snake. Try the fake egg and a blown egg full of mustard. If the fake egg mysteriously disappears, suspect a snake. If you find a mess of mustard, it may be the hens have been eating the eggs.

How could I tell if they are molting? Nothing seems different to me...

Yes, I could have snakes (we have it all here), but I'm not sure how I'd know and/or what to do about it! Maybe I need a webcam on the nest???!
