Turns out the Jurassic spiders were joro spiders, not writer spiders, so they have all been dispatched and that made work quite a bit easier.
Putting the cloth on the outside was worlds easier and using the electric fence wire works pretty good but makes for sore fingers.
Also, no more 1/4” cloth. 1/2” all the way. So much easier to work with! It’s not the prettiest job, but it will keep the hens in and most predators out so it’s fine.
Here’s half way through. I took a break to set them up a compost bin out of a pool and made them a swing perch. If you’re eagle eyed enough to spot the apple, rest assured it’s been removed. I forgot about the seeds.
It goes fast once you’re doing it right, but I’ll try to get the other side tighter. The left is done but it has some bulging here and there at the top.
I still need to join the skirting and pin it down.
