Harriott and Lucy I have a question

I Have a question my girls Harriott and Lucy where raised indoors. They now have their beautiful home. They are 4 1/2 mo old ...When I let them out in the morning...they run up the deck into the house...they love being indoors. they come in and drink from the kitty water fountain and eat their food. I leave the door open for the kitties and the girls come in...I have told them they have to stay out....Is it because they where raised indoor that they love being indoors? Also when do they start laying eggs? and does in decrease in the winter thank you The above picture goes with this reply
