Harris Farms Nurture Right 360 Incubator is AMAZING!

Thanks! Just so I got this right: large air cells means too much humidity and too small air cells means not enough? or is it flipped? lol

It's flipped, a large air cell is from losing weight, so from low humidity. A small air cell means it hasn't lost enough weight, so too high of humidity.

Welp, see, this is why I asked. I tend to remember things backwards, apparently. thanks again

No problem! It's a lot to remember when you're new to hatching! It will all start to make more sense as you incubate and watch their development. :) Good luck on your hatch!

Yeah, this is technically my second hatch, but the first time was at the beginning of November when I let my pullet hatch chicks after she blindsided me by going broody. she did all of the work and all I did was make sure all the eggs were still viable. She didn’t like me messing with her, of course.

I hope I have a good hatch rate with this incubator

This is my first hatch also. I’ve had to adjust the humidity by opening the vent 3/4 of the way open. It’s been 5 days and looks like 10 out of the 12 have developed and looking great! Will check again in a few days. Hoping they keep going!

It has been a wonderful incubator for me! I think you'll be happy with it!

I took the two undeveloped eggs out of my incubator on day 7. And it also appeared I may have some quitters out of the ten that developed but since this is my first time I’m just not sure. So, I left them in to check them again in a few days! From any of those who have used this incubator, do you see better hatch rates when it’s full of chicken eggs or less eggs?
