Harris Farms Nurture Right 360 Incubator is AMAZING!

After looking at the different options, these are the style of Command Hooks that I added to my NR 360. It makes a huge difference in handling the lid. I can see, from a shipping standpoint, why they don't have handles... but this really should be part of the product. It blocks a little of the "360" view but the ease of moving the lid more than makes up for it!

I ended up putting one hook on each side of the dome. It is still a two-handed operation to take it on or off, but WAY easier to control than gripping the top heater and fan unit. There just something about not grabbing the dome directly and leaving finger and hand prints! :)

I forget who suggested it now, but it was the most helpful suggestion yet!

How often do you guys add water? I haven’t had to add any in 2 days & humidity stayed the same. At home if I went too long it dropped way down in my dry den.

So I got impatient and checked a couple eggs from the incubator last night, day 2. Well I thought I saw the start of something on Ditzys one egg that is in there..... So planned on checking tonight, day 3, well again was impatient and took a quick peek at just hers since it is kind of light in the room. Well it is GROWING!!!!! OMG I hope some of the shipped ones are, some are kind of dark. And hopefully the 2 under Ditzy are too!!!! Will check other incubator ones tonight and try to check ones under Ditzy tomorrow.

If you have an extra hygrometer/thermometer you could leave one outside the bator. Should give you an idea of how fast the RH will drop.

Sorry havent gotten around to testing the shoelace method yet. Still dealing with storm clean up.

Ditzy's egg, and 2 shipped egg. The one sideways is a bit darker so harder to see but think there was something. The other 2 are darker so didn't see anything in those. So far 3/5 in the incubator I see something. Will check the 6 Ditzy is sitting on tomorrow if I can get out there when she is up
