Mine caught on Fire today. If i wasnt home it could of burned my house down i was sleeping my dog allerted me to the smoke . chicks where due the 10th i lost them . I could of lost everything.... too long for warrenty so Please Buyer be ware these are Dangerous

Holy cow! I've never heard of this happening before! Even with it being past warranty you should definitely notify the manufacture because that's dangerous! What model do you have???

Nurture right 360 . Bought it in 2018 but paid for warrenty and its like past that date so Nothing i contacted them and they said Nothing they can do past warrentee . MY house could be gone if i wasnt allerted by my dog and if we where not home I hate to think about it IM still shaking. My Hubby wants to Hire a lawyer. I posted the fire on TSC and this is what they sent me

Tractor Supply isn't going to do anything but NR360s are now made by Manna Pro. I would definitely contact them. Can you take a picture of the front of the incubator? The model number is on the instructions but you can also tell by fan guard or external water ports. I'm wondering if it's the first model. Does the fan guard look like the first image or the second?

Tractor Supply isn't going to do anything but NR360s are now made by Manna Pro. I would definitely contact them. Can you take a picture of the front of the incubator? i contacted Manna pro they told me they wont do anything. I called and emailed . its out of warrentee

I'm only asking because I know soooo many people that own these and I'm wanting to make sure there isn't a safety issue with newer ones...

So it's the first model. Wow. I've heard a lot of complaints about the first one but I have to admit this is the most shocking one yet. I'm so glad that it didn't get worse but I'm so sorry about your hatch.

thank you me too. the smell of Burning plastic is Bad in my bedroom right now .
Its just the company Mana Pro Basically said OH well. Not like im sorry or anything . Its out of warrentee we cant help you Yadda yadda . i buy thousands of dollars of their feed every yr if my animals got poisoned or they sent me bad food would they be the same way ? Horses cows pigs chickens Quail dogs cats . Im just shocked how they treated me and i think im still in shock from the fire this Morning
