Has any of your birds had a unusual or weird friend?

Yes, my hen Charity was best friends with a rabbit when she was a chick. They ate and slept together. So cute.

Had a rooster who was friends with a rabbit also. In winter the rooster would sit on the rabbit to keep warm. They were very bonded and grazed in the yard together. The amazing moment came when a stray cat wandered in the yard. It was eyeing up the rooster. That bunny charged the cat. It flipped it to the air. Never saw that cat again.

When I first started with chickens I had ex bats, they all died bar 1 who became best friends with a partridge, the would sunbathe together, dust bathe together eat together, it would even come in the coop at times. The are both dead now
