Possums and armadillos baked with sweet potatoes. It soaks up the grease.

well i haven't tried Possums or armadillos but i have tried raccoon and i will tell you it is the nastiest thing i ever had this old black lady that i knew since i was a kid cooked it up and she asked if i wanted to try it and i did took one bite and spit it out gross never again!!
