It would be pretty hard to get color on black. Maybe I'll just paint her toenails??

Hi everyone.. I'm so sorry that I haven't gotten on here sooner.... I know you were all anxiously waiting. We were at the vets office for over an hour, and she did an awesome & thorough check up. I'll be getting a phone call today or tomorrow and will be given a dr.s phone number at Univ.of Florida. Hes a specialist. She took an xray and prescribed antibiotics again. Because of how she drinks, she keeps moisture & fluid in her lungs and air sac. She did say that there are just so many issues going on that even if we could fix her legs, the other deformities and problems will still be there, making quality of like a hard thing to obtain. She said that most likely, she IS in pain all day, every day... that broke me. Because of her drinking & eating situation, she will most likely get sick alot, keep pneumonia, etc. She didnt find anything specific inside her beak or anything visible..... but, she is struggling getting the water in her mouth to where it should correctly flow. Our vet had alot of ideas and suggestions & was trying her best to help, but were all things weve tried already (niacin, bcomplex, wrapping her legs, etc.) Her tendons are pulling her legs back so far, more and more everyday. So.... at this point, we'll talk to the special in florida, and go from there.
