Our coop is beige vinyl so no painting in there. I did put up a nice bronze set of clock & thermometer on the back wall. I clean the walls and two days later they are covered to the ceiling in those brown stripes everyone was mentioning. I keep trying though. Worried about winter and keeping it clean then. I've been working on the outside. I put shutters & a flower box on the one window. The other window is on the side of the run fence and therefore I can't do anything w/ it. It's getting better though.

Thx. I have a very small backyard and chickens are part of it. I love having it part of my landscape. I do have very lucky chickens and I'm lucky to have them.

I am extending my chicken coops. I am very lucky to get an old playhouse from a neighbor and it will be my silkie coop.

I live on the outside of town and I get to have all this in a great Iowa small town.
